Four teams from the AMRC Training Centre have pledged their support for the Master Cutlers Challenge. The Master Cutlers Challenge was first launched in 2008 and has become one of the largest annual fundraising events in the region. The teams are each given £100 and have six months to turn it into as much as they can get.

The Challenge has inspired companies, organisations, schools and individuals to raise in excess of half a million pounds for local causes.

Our teams have already decided on a number of activities, including a billionaires dinner with charity auction, an Armani fashion show, an AMRCs Got Talent a number of smaller activities like cake sales, raffles and car washing.

This years Challenge will support the work of Sheffield Hospitals Charity and Whirlow Hall Farm Trust. The proceeds will help to improve care for premature and sick babies and give inner city children and young people an educational experience they will never forget.

The teams progress will be posted on our website.
