We know that having a skilled workforce will be a key component in the antidote for economic recovery and we have acted to ensure our service to local employers can continue at this time.
Here are just a few examples of how we have adapted to meet your needs:
- Virtual meetings – our committed business development team are now working from home and are ready to discuss and identify your workforce development needs. Our employers benefit from a minimum of four visits from our account managers every year.
- Remote recruitment process – to match the right candidate to the right employer we have updated our systems to provide a robust end to end recruitment service that our employers expect.
- Remote induction process - We have a comprehensive online induction programme for learners starting with us in September.
- Adapting our learning – we efficiently moved our teaching to online learning, assuring that apprentices still gain the knowledge they need to progress.
