- Account support: A dedicated business development executive provides comprehensive account management and onboarding support through a mixture of face-to-face and online meetings tailored to your availability and preference.
- Apprenticeship skill mapping: We map your apprenticeship job role to the required apprenticeship standard knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring your apprentice follows a programme of learning that meets both their educational requirements and the strategic needs of your business.
- Administrative and levy guidance: Continuous contract support is provided to assist with swift onboarding, Apprenticeship Services (AS) accounts, and any levy enquiries.
Workforce development and mentor training
- Free employer mentor training: Delivered twice per year, this complimentary workshop is provided to all employers who currently have an apprentice with us, supporting workplace mentors to facilitate excellent apprenticeship experiences.
- Management tools and resources: Access employer induction training and an online hub of key dates, policies, and training materials to support the successful day-to-day management of your apprentices.

- Exclusive job fayres: Opportunities for partner employers to host a stall at three training centre job fayres each academic year, helping you promote live vacancies and meet prospective applicants in person.

Industry-led governance and curriculum shaping
- Industry advisory board: Opportunities to join the AMRC Training Centre industry advisory board, providing strategic insights and constructive challenge to the training centre leadership team.
- Curriculum advisory boards: Annual opportunities to participate in our employer advisory boards, which directly influence and shape the training centre curriculum. These discussions allow employers to influence the content and sequencing of the curriculum, share inputs for guest speaker events and masterclasses, and inform apprentice project work.
