Closing the skills gap - digital skills for the future workforce

This event will explore the skills challenges currently facing the advanced manufacturing and engineering sector, with a particular focus on digital skills and data analysis. There will be an introduction to Learning Factories and how the University of Sheffield AMRC eco-system can be harnessed to provide insights, innovation and solutions for employers.

The session will include input from the AMRC Training Centre on the advanced manufacturing and engineering apprenticeship offer, as well as the professional development opportunities available for the current workforce. Further information will be provided on access to funding for training needs.
