A question our employers often ask us is: "How does our apprenticeship experience compare to others?"

While every organisation is unique, the challenges of developing future talent are universal. We’re hosting an employer knowledge sharing session to help you benchmark your approach, share successes, and learn from the collective experience of the AMRC Training Centre network.

What we’ll explore:

• Effective school engagement and raising the profile of apprenticeships.
• Recruitment and the onboarding experience.
• Employer involvement, through year one to year four, managing the transition, understanding "block and day release", progress reviews, workplace integration, and providing support for End Point Assessment (EPA).
