This event is hosted by the South Yorkshire Chambers and is exclusively for employers with Chamber membership.
Join us for an engaging and insightful South Yorkshire Skills Seminar, where we will delve into the latest developments surrounding the South Yorkshire Skills Strategy and South Yorkshire Local Skills Improvement Plan. This event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and key stakeholders to explore how we can continue to enhance skills development in the region whilst also providing the opportunity to network with fellow leaders in the skills community.
During this seminar, we will provide an overview of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) including work undertaken to date and planned activity. The event will also provide the opportunity for a look at the strategies and initiatives set to shape the future of skills training and workforce development in South Yorkshire as the SY Skills Strategy and SY LISP alike, are implemented.
A panel of expert speakers will share their knowledge, experiences, and recommendations on how to tackle skills gaps, support businesses, and empower individuals to thrive in a rapidly changing economy.
